TUCSON - Our first taste of fall is finally here with daytime highs in the 70s.
Only 75 today at TIA, the first time below the 80 mark since mid April, according to Meteorologist John Patrick. As cool air continues to filter into southern Arizona overnight lows will dip into the upper 30s and low 40s for parts of Cochise County. Tucson will also see its coolest night of the fall season with overnight lows near 50. We'll keep it below average for one more day as highs in the upper 70s start the weekend.
High pressure builds back into the west coast as soon as Sunday for another warm up. Upper 80s round out the weekend and the 90s return as soon as Monday. Little change is expected through next week with sunny skies and above average temperatures.
