TUCSON - Waking up to above average temperatures and some cloud cover to kick off El Tour de Tucson weekend.
Enough moisture is in place to keep skies partly cloudy today and some could drop a few sprinkles mainly south and east of Tucson, according to Meteorologist John Patrick. Perfect weather on tap for the Tour with daytime highs remaining in the mid to upper 70s and winds staying light at 5-10mph.
As a week disturbance moves off to our north a few degrees of cooling is in the forecast for Sunday. A daytime high of 75 will wrap up weekend and the skies will start to clear out with plenty of sunshine.
Daytime highs will remain in the mid 70s until high pressure builds in by midweek. It looks like a typical southern Arizona Thanksgiving with abundant sunshine and a forecast high approaching 80.
