TUCSON - A fire that was originally put out Monday reignited Tuesday morning, Rural Metro firefighters said.
Crews responded Monday night after 7 p.m. to the initial call and spent over 5 hours putting it out, Rural Metro officials said. The house sustained significant damage.
Apparently the fire reignited and responded to the house again at around 8 a.m. Tuesday.
Firefighters were able to save a dog and a pet turtle from the house. No inuries were reported.
According to Rural Metro the house has had many additions with a different roof and attics.
