TUCSON - Showers east and slightly cooler for the weekend.
An upper level low will bring just enough moisture and instability for a slight chance of showers in eastern Cochise and Graham Counties today. Tucson will stay dry as this system dives southeast of the region into Saturday night.
Winds will still be on the breezy side to kick of the weekend but termperatures will drop a few degrees from Friday as we top out near 75 under mostly sunny skies this afternoon. Sunny skies are on deck for Sunday with a near normal daytime high of 72.
A weak ridge of high pressure builds in as we head back to work this week climbing to near 80 as soon as Monday. Little change expected from there as a series of disturbances to our north keep temperatures slightly above average.
