TUCSON - First Steps Early Learning Center had 3 critical violations.
There was no designated hand washing sink for staff to use.
Raw eggs were sitting above prepared food and a gallon of milk.
And the sanitizer basin was directly connected to the sewer line.
Since all of the violations could not be immediately corrected, First Steps Early Learning Center on Columbus Blvd. received a "Needs Improvement" rating.

Sushi Ten on Speedway received 2 critical violations.
Cooked shrimp and crab were sitting on the counter for an hour.
Plus, immitation crab and cheese spread were not being held at a safe temperature.

Both violations were corrected.
Sushi Ten on Speedway received a "Good" rating.

El Charro/Stillwell Catering on 5th Avenue, Bison Witches on 4th and Monkey Burger on Broadway all received an "Excellent" rating.
