TUCSON - Gusty wind with possible blowing dust and high fire danger will continue into mid-week.
The Dust Storm Warning for Pinal and Maricopa Counties has been allowed to expire this evening but not before leaving behind several dust related accidents along I-10.
Some showers lingering in the area will keep gusty winds and light rain around before this activity dies down later this evening.
Another storm system moves through the region tomorrow bringing round two of gusty winds. Precipitation should stay to our north Wednesday but we will see sustained winds out of the SSW between 20-30mph with gusts to 40mph in some areas.
A Wind Advisory is in effect for areas south and east of Tucson tomorrow from 11am to 7pm. Blowing dust and strong crosswinds the main concerns for tomorrow afternoon.
Even with the slight increase in moisture a Red Flag Warning is also in effect for Wednesday for the high danger.
Cooler daytime highs expected for the end of the work week. Check out your True View 4 extended forecast by clicking here.
