Dust storm kicks up

TUCSON-A dust storm warning is in effect in the Tucson metro area until 5 p.m. with visibility reduced to zero at times with blowing dust.
Winds up to 35 to 45 miles per hour are possible.
Persons with respiratory problems should stay indoors until the storm passes.
