PHOENIX (AP) - An Arizona Department of Public Safety task force has served seven felony arrest warrants Wednesday for members of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club. DPS spokesman Bart Graves said six people are in custody and a seventh remains at large.
Graves said the arrests were carried out in Yavapai and Mohave Counties Wednesday. Police also raided a Hells Angels Club House in Flagstaff. Details of that operation were not available.
Graves said the suspects were arrested for inciting and engaging in a riot.
DPS said in a news release than an ongoing power struggle in northwestern Arizona between the Hells Angels and the rival Desert Road Riders has resulted in a series of violent assaults inside two separate bars.
