TUCSON - A teenager killed Sunday night on Interstate 19 near Irvington Road has been identified.

The Department of Public Safety says 13-year old Anthony Gillette was hit and killed while running across the freeway. Officers say he was hit by a woman driving a dark colored Jeep Cherokee or Liberty that has front end damage.

The teen was missing from a group home.

The driver is described as a female with dark colored hair pulled back into a pony tail, approximately 30 years old, 5'5" to 5'9" tall, wearing light-colored shorts and a turquoise-colored shirt.
