TUCSON - DPS needs help identifying a teenage boy killed Sunday night on I-19 near Irvington Rd.
According to investigators,the teenager, between the ages of 13 and 15, was running across I-19 when he was hit by a dark brown Jeep Cherokee or Jeep Liberty.
The teen did not have any identification on him when officers found him. He had brown hair and was wearing black shorts, a blue shirt, white socks and Nike shoes at the time of the accident.
Investigators say there were two people inside the suspect vehicle. They say the driver initially got out of the vehicle, walked over to the victim and then left.
The driver is described as a woman about 30 years old, between 5'5" and 5'9" tall, with dark brown hair pulled back into a ponytail.
