DOUGLAS- A man was arrested on two counts of attempted murder, after he shot at a vehicle in Douglas Saturday morning.
Cochise County Sheriff's Department spokeswoman Carol Capas says Jesus Munoz fired multiple shots at the vehicle, in the 2000 block of 23rd Street, around 4 a.m.
The two people in the vehicle at the time were not injured in the shooting.
They were able to give police a description of Munoz's Chevy truck.
Border Patrol located the truck on Highway 191 around 5 a.m and Munoz was taken into custody without incident.
Capas says Munoz was charged with the two counts of attempted first degree murder, two counts of reckless handling of a firearm, two counts of endangerment and two counts of intimidation.
