TUCSON - Pima Animal Care Center is reminding folks looking for somewhere to donate this holiday season, not to forget homeless pets.

It costs, on average, $15 dollars a day to care for each shelter pet. While PACC gladly accepts cash donations, they can also use collars, leashes, pet food and cat litter. Office and cleaning supplies are needed as well.

PACC representatives add that the best gift you can give a shelter animal is a home.
