TUCSON - We all hate to do them, but they probably give you the best bang for your buck when it comes to working out. We're talking about squats in today's Commit To Be Fit.
Our exercise contributor Anita Kellman from Beat Breast Cancer Boot Camp says you can do squats anywhere. You don't realize how many times in a day you bend down to pick something up, and if you just use your quads and squat, rather than your back, you will really see the benefits!
