Following a six-month investigation, a multi-agency law enforcement task force, comprised of DPS GIITEM officers, Kingman Police, Flagstaff Police, Coconino County Sheriff's Office, Yavapai County Sheriff's Office, Bullhead City Police, Lake Havasu Police and the Mohave County Sheriff's Department, served seven felony warrants for members of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club.
On Wednesday, officers carrying felony warrants fanned out in three separate Northern Arizona counties looking for seven violent members of the Hells Angels and Desert Road Riders. The initial charge will be Riot which is a felony in Arizona. In addition, search warrants were executed relating to charges of taking part in a criminal street gang.
George "Joby" Walters, a documented Hells Angels member was arrested in Douglas.
"Rudy" Rudolfo Martinez and Gerald Smith were arrested in Yavapai County. Both men are documented Hells Angels members.
Dale Leroy Hormuth, "Stoney" James Snider, Stephen Helland, and "Dan Da Man" Clifford Balentine were all arrested in Mohave County. Officials say Hormuth and Helland are Hells Angels members. Balentine and Snider are Desert Road Riders.
