Do 'internal' border check points violate your rights?

TUCSON - Border Patrol checkpoints can be found up to 100 miles away from our international borders.

In Arizona, we have 11 separate ‘internal' checkpoints.

While the courts have determined the Border Patrol agents can question you about your citizenship -- at what point does it cross the line for individual rights?
