Despite downgrade, Beryl still soaks Memorial Day

SAVANNAH, GA - It's no longer a tropical storm, but Beryl could regain some strength.
Forecasters say it could be nudged back to sea by a frontal system moving south from the Great Lakes.
It's likely to cause more rain Tuesday in parts of Florida, Georgia and southern South Carolina.
