TUCSON - The Pima County Sheriff's Department is looking for a jail escapee.

A spokesperson tells News 4 Cesar Low escaped while he was in the process of being transferred from Silverlake and Mission.

Low was not serving time for a violent crime.

He is described as a Hispanic male, 5'7" with a thin build, and short black hair.

Deputies say he was last seen wearing red jail clothing and socks.
