Dakota Bruschetta from Dakota Cafe

Chef August Ench from Dakota Cafe shows us how to make Dakota Bruschetta.

Here is what you need:

2 oz blue cheese crumbles
1 oz pecans
1 oz carmelized onions
½ granny smith apple
¼ oz fresh basil
4 oz ciabatta bread
1 oz olive oil
1. Slice Ciabatta 1/4 in thick and brush with and toast till crispy
2. Dice apple ¼ in and combine with onions, pecans, basil, and blue cheese
3. Top toasted bread with bruchetta mix and bake 5 min till cheese is melted
4. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately
