TUCSON - Davis Monthan Air Force Base remains in lockdown several hours after unconfirmed reports of a man carrying a gun on base.
The Pima County Regional SWAT Team and the Tucson Police Bomb Squad entered the base through the Swan Road entrance at about 2:10 p.m.
Golf Links between Swan and Craycroft remains closed.
D-M officials have not released any other information beyond saying that a "potential security situation" prompted the base to go on lockdown. One ambulance carried a pregnant woman from the base, and several more arrived, but News 4 is told that they arrived as part of the base's emergency procedures.
