Comcast to buy Time Warner in all stock deal

Two titans in cable, TV and internet want to join forces.

Comcast has announced that it plans to buy Time Warner Cable for $45.2-billion in stock.

The deal, which would impact a combined 33 million subscribers, would make Comcast the nation's largest cable and internet provider.
