TUCSON - Club Turbulence, an all nude strip club, has been approved by the state liquor board for a liquor license. This according to one of the neighborhood leaders, Yolanda Herrera, who led the charge against the club being able to serve alcohol. The club had applied many times for liquor license but the Tucson city council voted no. The matter was brought to the state alcohol agency Thursday and was approved.

Community leaders near the club say selling liquor will only add to problems already at the club and in surrounding area. In prior interview with News 4 Tucson, the club said if approved, it would change the way it does business. The sale of liquor means Club Turbulence will no longer be an all nude club and the dancers must now be 21 years-old.
