TUCSON - Tucson Police arrested 27-year-old Granville Stinnette Jan. 10 on felony arson charges.
The investigation began on Dec. 28 when the Circle K store at the 3900 Block of North Flowing Wells received a bomb threat, Tucson Police spokeswoman Sgt. Maria Hawke said in a release.
On Dec. 29, a fire broke out at the Circle K and the resulting investigation determined it was arson, Hawke said.
Stinnette, who works at the Circle K, was on shift during the fire, Hawke said. Detectives interviewed Stinnette and determined there was probable cause for an arrest.
Stinnette was booked into Pima County Jail on 1 count of arson of a structure, a felony offense.
