Child porn suspect held on $50,000 bond

TUCSON - A man accused of sharing almost 10,000 child pornography pictures and videos is being held on a $50,000 bond.

Tucson Police arrested Joseph Kozak, 38, at his place of employment Wednesday.

Detectives served a search warrant at his residence in the 400 block of West Orange Grove Road, near Oracle Road.

Police say Kozak is one of the top sharers in the state of Arizona.

Kozak was booked into the Pima County Jail on 20 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

Kozak made his Initial Appearance in court Wedenesday night. The State recommended a $250,000 bond, but his attorney called that "ridiculous." Kozak has lived in Tucson more than 8 years, has a fulltime job and no criminal record, according to his attorney.

If Kozak posts bond, he is not allowed to use a computer.
