PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities say a Chandler man is accused of assault for spraying two people in the face with a homemade liquid he called "holy water."
Chandler police say 36-year-old Francisco Javier Villa allegedly sprayed two men with a thick, dark-yellow liquid in an apartment-complex parking lot.
According to a court document, Villa told police the liquid was "holy water" and that it contained vegetable oil, bleach and hot sauce.
The Arizona Republic says both men were wearing glasses and didn't report any serious injuries.
However, both men say they want Villa to be prosecuted.
