TUCSON - Rebecca and Sergio Celis, the parents of missing 6-year-old Isabel Celis, will speak to the local news media at 11 a.m. today.
The couple spoke to the Today Show's Ann Curry in an NBC exclusive interview yesterday morning - you can watch it here. You can see a clinical psychologist give his opinion about the interview here.
