Breaking News: Mayor motions to dismiss rental tax and public safety cuts

TUCSON--Tucson Mayor Bob Walkup has motioned to take both the proposed rental tax and cuts to police and fire departments, to balance Tucson's budget, off the table.

The motion was unanimously approved by council members, so neither issue will be considered at tonight's meeting.
