Since it's passage SB 1070 has been at the forefront of the immigration debate. The law is scheduled to take effect near the end of July. Last night we received full copies of the actual training tapes which will be used to train police officers throughout Tucson.
We have broken down those tapes into sections. In addition, we have provided timestamps and quotes from specific portions of the tape which may be of interest to the community.

Racial Profiling - Discussion of what racial profiling is, the dangers of it, and the neccessity that law enforcement avoids it.
The Law - Responsibilites officers have been given under the law, and new criminal offenses established by the law
