TUCSON - The suspect in the hit-and-run death of a Nogales Firefighter made his court appearance Saturday morning.
Bond was set at $100,000 for Jesus Xavier Zepeda.
Zepeda is accused of running over Sterling Lytle in the parking lot on June 28th.
He turned himself in at the Pima County Jail Friday evening.
Lytle died in the hospital a few days later after being taken off life support.
The Nogales Fire Department held a memorial for him Saturday.
Lytle's family was not happy with the low bond.
His mother spoke at the suspect's court appearance.
