WASHINGTON - Vice President Joe Biden says, he's more worried about high-capacity gun magazines than assault weapons. He wants to limit the number of rounds each magazine can hold.

Mr. Biden points to the shooting massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Connecticut. He says, if the shooter had had fewer rounds, he would have been forced to change clips more often. That, he says, could have slowed him down enough to save at least one child's life.

Biden does support a ban on assault weapons but feels the magazines have maximized the incidents' death toll.
