Chef Carlos Calderon from North stopped by to show us how to make Baked Cinnamon Panettone.
Panettone - 12 pieces (2.5 oz per piece)
Cinnamon Sugar - 4 tbsp
Whipped Cream - 4 ounce
Powdered Sugar - for dusting on top
1. Dust the panettone with cinnamon sugar, place the pieces on a sizzle platter and caramelize under the
broiler on both sides.
2. On a round plate lay one slice of bread flat and stack the other two against it, place one scoop of
fresh whip cream on top and finish with a dusting of powdered sugar.
3. Serve syrup in an espresso cup on a parchment lined small round.
