TUCSON - Six people are behind bars after a search warrant was served at the Candy Store Show Club on Craycroft Road last night.

10 arrests were made, but 4 of those individuals were released.

Tucson police have responded to over 85 calls at this club in the past 16 months. It has included 2 homicides, 12 assaults, 5 liquor violations, and 16 narcotic drug violations.

Several residents in the community reported that they were concerned for their own safety.

An investigation by Tucson Police Department, Counter Narcotics Alliance Task Force, and the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control found that employees were selling drugs at the club and that the drug activity was part of the increase of crime.

Officers served a search warrant, as well as several arrest warrants for several employees.

Several of the charges included Unlawful Possession of Narcotics for Sale and Lewd and Lascivious Acts.

The following suspects were booked into the Pima County Jail.
