TUCSON - Longtime Arizona softball assistant Larry Ray is not coaching this weekend's games against Oregon State following a recent arrest.
According to Pima County Consolidated Justice Courts documents, Ray was arrested on April 29th on suspicion of criminal damage domestic violence and two counts of disorderly conduct domestic violence.
The UA would not comment on the matter.
Ray is scheduled to appear in court this coming Wednesday. There's no word on if or when he'll rejoin the team.
