Ariz. mom accused of threatening family with knife

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. (AP) - A northern Arizona woman is in custody for allegedly trying to stab her husband and adult daughter.

Prescott Valley police say 51-year-old Jackie Dae is being held on suspicion of endangerment per domestic violence, aggravated assault and of disorderly conduct.

It wasn't immediately clear Thursday if she had a lawyer yet.

Investigators believe Dae was intoxicated at the time of the incident early Wednesday.

Police officers responded to a Prescott Valley home about 6 a.m. after getting a call about a domestic disturbance.

Dae argued with her husband and daughter and allegedly grabbed a kitchen knife and tried to stab them.

The two were able to get the knife away from her and call police.

There were no reported injuries.
