TUCSON - The skies have cleared south of Tucson, which should re-energize the atmosphere and bring another round of storms, says News 4 Tucson meteorologist Jeff Beamish.
The storms are likely to move into the Tucson metro area late this afternoon and this evening.
Rainfall totals of .5" to 1" around the city from this morning's storm means conditions are ripe for flash flooding, should another storm move in this evening.
Flash flood watches remain for areas south and west of Tucson, including Nogales, until 8 p.m.
