TUCSON - Another major cool down is on the way to southern Arizona following a 90 degree stretch.
The 90s returned this afternoon after waking up to a low of 50 degrees, the coolest morning low since April 20, 2013. According to Meteorologist John Patrick, high pressure will be in place over the next couple of days keeping daytime highs above average and in the low to mid 90's.
Big changes come in the form of a Pacific cold front by midweek with the winds picking up on Wednesday followed by much cooler temperatures. As the cold front passes on Thursday we will also have a slight chance to see some isolated showers across the region.
Daytime highs will go from 94 on Monday all the way down to 77 by Thursday. Check out your True View 4 extended forecast by clicking here. Visit John Patrick's Weather Blog for more on the week ahead.
