TUCSON - The Tucson Police Department Child Sexual Assault Unit has arrested 30 year-old Aaron Montoya for having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a student. Montoya worked at All Sports Academy.

Detectives learned that Montoya had engaged in inappropriate sexual conduct with a student for the past several months.

He has been arrested on 3 counts of Sexual Conduct with minor-14 years of age. He was booked into the Pima County Jail.

News 4 has spoke with the owner of All Sports Academy, Moses Montoya. He is also Aaron's father. Moses Montoya told us Aaron Montoya was the athletic director at the academy, and he has been terminated effective immediately.

We're told administrators are looking to whether the school overlooked anything.
