TUCSON - Active adults are invited to take part in the Ages n' Stages Expo at the TCC.
The Pima Council on Aging hosts the event beginning this Friday. Participants can discover new ways to enrich their lives at the expo on Friday March 1 and Saturday March 2 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event will include local exhibitors, live entertainment on two stages and informative seminars. Exhibitions feature travel, outdoor activities, new technologies, art, fashion, health and wellness, financial advising, retirement opportunities and green living.
Free parking will be available on Friday at the Walgreens parking lot. Passes can be picked up at any Tucson Walgreens store during the month of February. Parking costs $8/day at the TCC, with free street parking on Saturday.
Ex-Officio Mayor Bob Walkup will be in attendance as event chair. This event
is sponsored by Carondelet Health Network, Second Saturday and the Arizona Daily Star.
Ages N' Stages Expo is a major fund-raiser for Pima Council on Aging, a nonprofit agency whose mission is to promote dignity and respect for aging and to advocate for independence in the lives of Pima County's older adults and their families.
