TUCSON - Warmer temperatures this weekend will give way to next winter storm on Monday.

Tucson topped out at 63 today making it the warmest day of the year so far, according to Meteorologist John Patrick. High pressure hangs around to wrap up the weekend keeping highs in the mid 60s under mostly sunny skies for Sunday.

Changes on the way for Monday as our next pacific storm system moves into the region. Best chance of rain and snow with this system will be for areas south and east of Tucson on Monday afternoon into the early morning hours on Tuesday. Storm totals expected to remain relatively light with valley locations seeing up to 0.25" of rain while elevations above 5,000 feet may pick up 1-3" of new snow.
