TUCSON - Scattered storms back in the forecast to kick off the weekend.
If we can fight through some of the leftover cloud cover this morning than the afternoon hours will bring back our active monsoon pattern. With plenty of moisture to work with the scattered storms that do develop this afternoon will be capable of heavy rain.
Flash flooding will be the biggest concern for Southern Arizona especially for areas near the International Border where storms have hit hard this week.
An upper level low moving through Sonora Mexico will keep scattered storms in the forecast through the weekend.
