TUCSON - A 4th Avenue business is celebrating ten years in operation this weekend and they've invited the community to a birthday bash!

Rustic Candle Company will celebrate ten years in business this Saturday, July 14th, with a Birthday Bash beginning at 11 a.m., that will include a store-wide sale, live entertainment by The Tangelos and Orbital Evolution, prizes, free cupcakes & ice cream and cool party favors for all. Café 54, also a local downtown Tucson business, will be preparing the 200 cupcakes.

The Café 54 Art Foundation was established to provide and assist individuals recovering from mental illness the opportunity to express themselves through the creative arts. All tips from the Café and the Café's catering business go to the Art Foundation Fund.

Rustic Candle Company owner, Monica Cota, established her shop with her vision of selling hand-poured candles that combine Olde Worlde Craftsmanship with Modern Age design. On any day, you can visit Monica's shop and find her hand-pouring a new batch of candles in beeswax, soy or paraffin and infused with her special scents and oils. According to Monica, she has always loved creating new candle scents and recipes.
