TUCSON - Several arrests have been made in connection with the shooting death of a 22-year-old man in May of 2011.
The Tucson Police Department Gang Investigations Unit, along with investigators from the Department of Homeland Security, have arrested four people in the death of Javier Bejarano.
On Thursday, Nov. 1st, warrants were served for 25-year-old Julian Zepeda, 23-year-old Kristin Olea, 26-year-old Michael Ortega and 20-year-old Moises Fierros. They have all been charged with one count of 1st Degree Murder and have been booked into the Pima County Jail.
Bejarano was found shot in an apartment complex at 5650 South Park Avenue on May 12, 2011. He died later at the hospital.
