TUCSON - 3 people have been cited for the June killing of a mountain lion at Colossal Cave Park.
2 of the people were cited with illegal taking of wildlife within a closed area and a third for making false statements to law enforcement.
In June, the female mountain lion was found shot to death near a campground site.
All charges are misdemeanors and the cited individuals could pay fines up to fifteen hundred dollars.
