TUCSON - One of the three men identified as being involved in several burglary incidents on Tucson's east side in October has been arrested and charged with 29 felonies.
Pablo Cecena, 21, was taken into custody by Tucson Police officers on November 25 after he returned to his home in the 7700 block of East Golf Links Road, according to a TPD news release.
Detectives have determined that Cecena was involved in numerous home break-ins and burglaries, and was charged with a total of 29 felony offenses, including: one count of Burglary in the First Degree, nine counts of Burglary in the Second Degree, one count of Burglary in the Third Degree, one count of Auto Theft, nine counts of Theft, seven counts of Trafficking in Stolen Property, and one count of Prohibited Possessor.
On November 9, Bianca Martinez was located and arrested for her alleged involvement in the burglaries.
Police were able to identify the four people involved in these crimes after releasing surveillance footage from local pawn shops, showing them pawning items allegedly stolen during the burglaries.
"While the identity of the other two males is known, it is not anticipated that they will face charges specific to these incidents," police officials stated in the release.
