Tucson police are investigating the shooting death of a 23 year old man as a homicide. According to detectives, the victim was shot during an altercation at a home in the 2500 block of North Fontana Avenue around 2 p.m. The man was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police have taken a 30 year old man into custody, and at this time are not looking for any additional suspects. Stay tuned for updates.
