TUCSON - Red Cross representatives have confirmed that they are sending two of their emergency response vehicles to the East Coast to assist victims of Superstorm Sandy.
Four volunteers and two emergency response vehicles will leave for New York Saturday morning and will perform a variety of roles, such as passing out water.
