PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities say a teenage boy fatally shot his ex-girlfriend before turning the gun on himself at a north Phoenix home.
Phoenix police didn't immediately release the names of the 15-year-old boy and 16-year-old girl.
Officers responded to a 911 call of a shooting around noon Friday at a house near 39th Drive and Happy Valley Road.
Police say two people were dead outside the home from gunshot wounds.
Neighbors told The Arizona Republic that they heard a scream and then gunshots.
They say the young woman had gunshot wounds to her chest and the young man had a gunshot wound to his face.
Neighbors also say a weapon also was found on a sidewalk near the two bodies.
