TUCSON - The University of Arizona men's basketball team annual McDonald's Red Blue Game is on October 21, and News 4 Tucson is giving you the chance to win tickets!
The McDonald's Red Blue Game is your first chance to see the 2012-2013 Men's basketball team in action! Plus, you'll get to see News 4 Tucson Today's crew, John Overall, Danielle Lerner, Jeff Beamish and Nichole Szmerei, in action as they participate in a blindfolded free throw contest against KIIM-FM!
In addition to the annual intrasquad scrimmage and News 4 Tucson/KIIM-FM showdown, the UA will also honor the 1987-88 men's basketball team, and celebrate the 25th anniversary of that squad's journey to the Final Four, according to Arizona Athletics. Team members that will are expected to attend the game include coach Lute Olson, Jud Buechler, Sean Elliott, Steve Kerr, Kenny Lofton, Harvey Mason, Craig McMillan, Matt Muehlebach, Sean Rooks, Tom Tolbert, Joe Turner and manager Eric Meyer.
The UA volleyball team is also hosting a game against Oregon State at 11 a.m., so Red-Blue Game ticketholders are welcome to enter the building at that time and support Wildcat volletball as well!
