TUCSON - It's been an eventful summer across the Sonoran Desert. Heat, rain and tropical remnants all made for an active three month stretch. Autumn begins on Monday, and your final weekend of summer looks like many of the previous ones: warm and wet at times. Enough residual moisture is in place to spark scattered storms on Saturday and isolated storms on Sunday. The coverage of storms won't be large but if you find yourself underneath one, expect brief heavy rain. Temperatures will climb back into the lower 90s for highs which is still a few degrees below average for the final days of summer.
