TUCSON - Dela is a twelve year old girl who does very well in school. In fact, she's signed up for AP classes.

Dela dreams of, one day, being a lawyer for kids in CPS. She enjoys reading and listening to music. She's active and social and wants to be adopted with her younger brother.
