A former U of A Football standout is now facing felony charges.
According to court documents uncovered by the News 4 Tucson Investigators, Max Zendejas has been indicted on charges of theft and criminal damage.

Ask any driver, they'll say Tucson roads are terrible. It stems from funding. News 4 Tucson Investigators already talked to the city about the problem, now it's the county's turn.

Bill Rancour of Marana has had Rottweilers for 20 years. He breeds them. Rancour has three Rotties now. He had five until recently. Tilly was six months old when she died on May 4th.

Many members of Tucson's large bicycling community are angry and worried. Someone is apparently putting tacks on bike paths, and numerous cyclists told the News 4 Tucson Investigators that they have gotten flat tires.
